Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gebasedshop.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@gebasedshop.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s) and issue a return authorization number.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. If the items are in their original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

At Gebasedshop.com, we offer worldwide shipping with delivery times ranging from 1-7 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt and tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.
We offer standard shipping options as well as expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
